Introduction

This is the soup I make when someone in my family is under the weather. You can add lots of other veggies, etc. according to your tastes. I call it "Immune Building" because of all the garlic in it. Ingredients

    Carrots, 2 cups chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves finely chopped
    Onion, 1 medium, finely chopped
10 lb. bag of chicken thighs and drumsticks
    8 oz. egg noodles
    Lots of water :)

Directions

Cook the chicken in plenty of water until it starts to fall off the bone. Debone the chicken and throw away the nasty skins and set aside in a bowl. Strain the broth.

Put the chicken back in, as well as the onions and garlic. Bring to a boil Then put in the noodles and carrots and cook until the chicken is done. Be sure to not overcook the noodles. I also add salt and pepper.

Add LOTS of water for this much chicken! This is very garlicky and great if you are sick.
