Introduction

This is an easy, heathly, filling meal, lots of veggies and protein. This is an easy, heathly, filling meal, lots of veggies and protein.
Number of Servings: 78

Ingredients

    Equal portions lean ground turkey and lean ground beef (i.e. 1 lb each)
    Red pepper
    Green pepper
    Onion (red or white)
    Garlic, chopped
    Red kidney beans
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can diced tomatoes
    Enough water to cover all ingredients.
    Spices, like chili powder, to taste.

Directions

Cook meat. Add beans, add all other ingredients. Add enough water to be level with the ingredients. Simmer until all water is absorbed and veggies are soft.

**Each "serving" is one ounce of the chili.
