Ingredients

    2 Ice Cubes
    1 small Apple, peeled (about 3 oz)
    1/2 tbsp packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp ground Ginger
    3 dashes ground Nutmeg
    1/2 c 1% Milk

Directions

Peel and core apple; dice into cubes. Add ingredients in order to blender. Blend until smooth and then enjoy. :)
