    32 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    5 packages mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
    1 jar (3 servings) Thai Kitchen Panang Curry Simmering Sauce
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs minced garlic
    2 onions, chopped


heat oil in pan
add garlic, onion & chicken
sautee until chicken is cooked
microwave vegetables until thawed while chicken cooks
add sauce & thawed vegetables
simmer 10-15 minutes
