Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    3c Kidney beans
    1c Mixed beans (chickpeas,black eyes peas, kidney beans, romano beans)
    4 tsp tomato paste
    2 med. tomatoes (or as many as desired)
    4c campbells vegetable broth (fat free)
    3c Yves Veggie Ground Round
    1tsp tumeric
    3 cloves garlic or 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

drizzle olive oil in pot and put on med. high heat. Sautee onions until they are a clear color and are visibly cooked through. Put in all other ingredients and cook on high until reaching boiling. Boil for a few minutes then turn down and put lid on. Can simmer, or serve immediatly.
