Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 packet (1.25oz) low sodium taco seasoning
1 can (4oz) diced green chilies
1 cup frozen dhopped onoin
1 16oz low sodium cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup cilantro
1 28oz can crushed tomatos
1 16oz jar chunky salsa
1 16oz box whole whest lasagna noodles cooked according to package
3 cups shredded mexican cheese
Directions
1-brown ground turkey + 3/4 cup water + taco seasoning + green chlies + onion. Bring to boild, reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
2-in medium bowl mix cottage cheese + eggs + cilantro.
in second bowl mix tomatos + salsa
preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
in a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/4 of sauce in bottom of dish. add a layer of noodles. top with 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 ground turkey, 1 cup cheese, 1/4 sauce and another layer noodles. repeat layers with remaining ingredients. top final layer with just noodles, sauce + cheese.
3-Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 min. Remove foil and bake additional 15 min. Remove from oven and let rest 10 min before slicing.
