Introduction

This combines some of my favorite flavors while being both filling and easy to make. This combines some of my favorite flavors while being both filling and easy to make.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices wheat bread
    1 tbsp. butter or buttery spread
    Johnny's Garlic Spread and Seasoning
    2 tbsp. guacamole
    1 raw tomato
    1 raw mushroom
    1 tsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper

Directions

Toast the bread, and while waiting you can slice the tomato and mushroom.
Butter the toast and sprinkle them with the garlic seasoning.
Spread a layer of guacamole on each piece of toast and then cover with the tomato and mushrooms.
Add the basil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Makes one serving of two open-faced sandwiches.
