Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1.50 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Stoney Farm Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    **Flax Seed, 6 tbsp
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

in seperate bowls, melt butter and cool,
sift all dry ingredients,
mix well all wet ingredients,
fold wet into dry ingredients
add chopped apples and nuts... continue to fold in til blended
spray muffin pan... fill 3/4 full with batter
sprinkle top of each muffin with whole flax seed
can make 6 large muffins or 12 small
bake at 350 30 minutes or til firm to touch
