Ingredients

    3 oz chicken breast, diced
    3 oz plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup seedless grapes, sliced
    1 tsp dried cilantro
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

    (optionally, add chopped celery and/or finely chopped onion)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Chill in fridge or serve immediately on a bed of crisp lettuce.

Also great as a sandwich!
