Ingredients

    6 oz grilled chicken
    1/33 cup chow mein noodles
    4 cups salad greens
    2 TB cup almonds
    1/2 cup mandarine oranges, drained
    1/4 cup canola oil (or add some sesame oil with canola)
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 TB lilte soy sauce
    1 TB Rice Wine Vinegar

Directions

cut chicken into strips, saute in smart balance or grill, and set aside
combine salad greens, chow mein noodles, almods and mandarine organges
prepare salad dressing: blend canole oil (or use some sesame oil with the canola), splenda, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar
Toss salad greens with dressing
Add chicken
