    4cups chicken broth/fat free
    1 can of 15oz tomato sauce
    1 32oz pack of frozen vegetables
    1 22oz frozen tyson grilled chicken breast strips/ diced
    1tsp of onion power
    2tsp of minced garlic
    1 whole medium size diced onion


Mix 4cups of chicken broth and 15oz tomato sauce in a big pot. Add 32oz pack of frozen veggies. Dice the whole bag of frozen grilled chicken and also add to pot. Dice onionand add to pot. Add onion powder and minced garlic. May need to adjust spices to taste or spice it up with any other spices desired. cook about 15-20 minutes or until onions become tender.

Makes about 9-1 cups servings
