Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

tilapia fillets 1.5 lb (4 oz. about 2 fillet per serving)
    juice of 1 lemon
    olive oil 3 T.
    garlic 2 large cloves
    dried parsley 1 T.
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt

Directions

I like to crush the garlic into the olive oil and let it infuse for a few hours ahead of time if possible. Then add the lemon juice & parsley. Place the fillets on a baking pan and drizzle with the sauce and sprinkly lightly with salt and pepperl..Bake at 375 12-15 minutes or until fish is white and flakes easily.
Since I like a little fish with my lemon I also squeeze more lemon on my fish on my plate.

Makes about six servings, 2 fillets each.

    Very Good
We really enjoyed this recipe. Maybe my lemon was a little too big though because it was a bit overpowering. I will cut back on the lemon juice a little bit when I make it again. - 4/5/13
