Ingredients

    1 (15 oz) can small white beans - rinse and drain
    1 (6 oz.) can white tuna in water - drain and flake
    1 tomato - cut into bite size pieces
    1 celery stalk - diced
    2 tablespoons diced onion
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

put all ingredients into a big bowl and toss to combine. Let stand 10 minutes for flavors to blend before serving.
