Ingredients

1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar .. lightly packed
1 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup Egg Beaters (or 2 large eggs, will effect nutritionals)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Cups Grated Apples, peeled or unpeeled
1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Jello Pudding Powder Vanilla
2/3 cup 2% Milk
2 Cups All purpose Flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare a bundt pan or 9x13 pan with baking spray and lightly flour.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the egg beaters and mix in well. Stir in vanilla and milk.
In a separate bowl, combine Splenda, flour, pudding powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Mix to combine.
Add the shredded apples to the flour and spices mixture. Mix well coating the apples.
Combine creamed mixture and apple/flour mixture, stirring only to moisten all dry ingredients.
Pour in the prepared cakepan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick tests clean. Baking mine in a bundt pan took 55 minutes.
