Ingredients

    1 cup oil
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    5 apples, cubed
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

mix all ingredients together, bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 for appx. 45 min
