1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart (reduced fat)
16 oz Ragu light alfredo sauce
    1/3 cup 1 % milk
    2 cups brocolli
    2 cups carrots (quartered)
    1 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb BSCB, sliced thin, cut into 2" pieces
    1 T olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, saute brocolli, carrots and onions until tender-crisp.

Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink inside.

Add alfredo sauce and heat through.

Transfer to a lightly Pam sprayed 8" baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine Bisquick and milk just until moistened. Drop 6 small tablespoons on top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-22 minutes, or until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Serve by spooning out 1 biscuit each plus chicken mixture immediately below it.

  • Incredible!
DH couldn't stop raving about how good this was. My kids wouldn't eat the broccoli, but liked the rest. Will definitely be making this again.

This came out perfect, as far as my biscuits and tender veggies go! Tasted good too! The alfredo sauce hides the taste of veggies so kids will eat it!!! - 12/6/11
