1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart (reduced fat)
16 oz Ragu light alfredo sauce
    1/3 cup 1 % milk
    2 cups brocolli
    2 cups carrots (quartered)
    1 cup onion (chopped)
1 lb BSCB, sliced thin, cut into 2" pieces
    1 T olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, saute brocolli, carrots and onions until tender-crisp.

Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink inside.

Add alfredo sauce and heat through.

Transfer to a lightly Pam sprayed 8" baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine Bisquick and milk just until moistened. Drop 6 small tablespoons on top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-22 minutes, or until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Serve by spooning out 1 biscuit each plus chicken mixture immediately below it.

  • DH couldn't stop raving about how good this was. My kids wouldn't eat the broccoli, but liked the rest. Will definitely be making this again.

  • This came out perfect, as far as my biscuits and tender veggies go! Tasted good too! The alfredo sauce hides the taste of veggies so kids will eat it!!! - 12/6/11
