Ingredients

    2 c onion chopped
    5 cloves garlic
    can hatch green enchilada sauce
    3 tbsp cream cheese
    1 c green chile chopped
    1 tbsp cider vinega
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg frozen spinach

Directions

saute onion and garlic until soft.
add cumin.
add cider vinegar and mushrooms.
soften.
add enchilada sauce, chile and spinach.
cook for 5 minutes.
add cream cheese.
cook 10 more minutes
