Introduction

Don't be fooled by the ingredients...these waffles are quite tasty and light and very easy to make. They do take a bit longer to bake than a normal waffle. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups water
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 cup soaked soybeans
    1/4 cup Raw Almonds
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed.

Pour onto hot waffle iron and bake 10 min. (time varies with waffle irons)

Makes 5 small round waffles

Hint: soak up batch of dry soybeans and freeze 1 cup portions.
