Introduction

Great homemade pancakes made from a homemade mix. Nice to have on hand. Great homemade pancakes made from a homemade mix. Nice to have on hand.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Wheat White Pancake Mix (in recipes)
    1 Egg
    1 c. Water
    3 Tbs. Canola Oil
    * if you omitted sugar from mix recipe, add 2 Tbs Honey in this recipe.

Directions

Mix ingredients together, if omitted sugar in Mix recipie, add Honey now. Mix well.
Cook on a nonstick, ungreased skillet at 350 degrees. Using a 1/4 c. scoop (not quite full), drop batter onto skillet. Turn when bubbles near center stay popped, or when edges start to dry slightly.
Makes 12 - 4 inch pancakes. 2 per serving, makes 6 servings.
