Ingredients

Silken extra firm tofu: 16 oz
silken light firm tofu: 8 oz
Plain soy milk: .5-1 cup (Depending on how thick you want your 'ranch' to be)
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
3/4 cup Franks Red hot wings buffalo sauce
20 oz of homemade shredded (put in the food chopper or grated) seitan ("unchicken flavored"). (this is much MUCH cheaper than buying 3 packets of smart strips chik'n, or you could do that if you have the money to burn.
    celery sticks for dipping

Directions

First, shred the seitan or chick'n strips and place in a large pot. Then add extra firm silken tofu. Then, in a food processor/blender, mix the firm silken tofu with soy milk and hidden valley ranch packet, add to mixture in the pot. Add 3/4 cup buffalo sauce and then transfer to a 9 inch pie dish.

Let bake on 300 degrees F for 30 minutes, remove from oven, use celery sticks to eat the dip, enjoy!
