Ingredients

3.5 cups Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (2 cans)
14 Egg whites
3.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1.5 cups Splenda ( very sweet , use less if you like)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F
Beat together egg whites, splenda, spice, and pumpkin,
until well blended.
Place 7 custard cups in a large baking pan.
Pour pumpkin mixture into cups.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
Place pan on rack in preheated 350° F oven.
Pour very hot water into pan to within 1/2 inch of top of cups.
Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes for cups.
Remove promptly from hot water. Cool on wire rack about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve warm or refrigerate and chill thoroughly to serve cold.
