Ingredients

1lb Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
1 can Cream of Mushroon Soup
1/3 Cup White Wine
1 Box Seaconed Courtons
2/3 Package Chicken Stuffing
1 Package Swiss Cheese
6 oz. Baby Carrots
3 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes (try microwaving for a few minutes to soften up a little prior to adding to casserole dish)
Directions
13 x 9 inch Casserol Pan sprayed with Non-stick Cooking Spray place chicken inside
Cut up Vegetables (fairly small) and Lay on and around Chicken
Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup with White Wine until looks like a sauce then Pour over Chicken and Vegetables
Lay SwissCheese over Soup mixture in one layer
Pour Coutons over Swiss Cheese making one layer
Sprinkle dry stuffing over croutons, filling in spaces between croutons
Cover with Foil
Cook covered for 60 mins at 350
