Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    385gm(14oz) Gluten Free Flour
    1 Scant tsp Bread Soda(baking soda)
    1 Heaped Tsp gluten free baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 heaped tsp Xanthum Gum
    2 heaped tsp of Cream of Tartar
    1 egg beaten lightly
    300-350ml Milk
    Teaspoon of oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 230c. Oil a 2lb loaf tin
Mix then sieve the dry ingredients together
Whisk the egg and milk and then add with the oil to the dry ingredients. Mix to thickish consistency.
Spoon into loaf tin
Bake for 5 mins at 230c, then reduce to 180c for 25-30mins or till cooked.
