Ingredients

    6 - 8 peeled/diced idaho potatoes
    2 c cream
    1 sm onion, diced
    1 12 oz can cream corn
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 strips of bacon cooked/crumbled
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic diced fine

Directions

cook bacon until crispy, reserve 3tbsp oil
cook onions in oil until tender, add garlic
and potatoes add enough water with broth to cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender and water starts to thicken. Add cr of celery and cream simmer 30min. Add cr corm and crumbled bacon.
serve hot
