Ingredients
-
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 6 cloves minced
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
1 tbls Flour
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2 cup
2 heads Cauliflower (chopped)
2 cans (15 oz) Fat Free Evaporated Milk
Directions
1. Melt 1 tbls butter in a medium sauce pan. Add garlic and onion and cook until translucent. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Add 1 tbls flour to create a paste (rue).
3. Add Evaporated Milk. Keep on heat and stir until sauce thickens. This may require adding more rue to the sauce.
4. Steam Cauliflower in microwave to preferred doneness. Drain off excess water. (I do this in the Corningware I plan to serve it in.)
5. Pour Sauce over Cauliflower.
6. Melt remaining butter. Add bread crumbs, mix to coat them in the butter. Sprinkle over Cauliflower.
7. Serve.
