    1/4c Ketchup
    1/4c Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce
    1/4c Chopped/Thinly Sliced Scallions
1/2c Diced Green/Red Sweet Bell Peppers
    1/2tsp Salt (or Salt Substitute)
    1/2tsp Black Pepper
    1/2tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4c Granulated Splenda

    Sauce Mixture:
1/2c Bertolli Vidalia Onion Spaghetti Sauce
    1/4c Ketchup
    1/4c Bulls Eye BBQ Sacue
3 TBSP Packed Dark Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Wish Bone Olive Oil Vinnaigrette Dressing

Directions

1 - Prepare ingredients for meat mixture

2 - Set oven to preheat at 350 degrees

3 - Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

4 - Combine all meat mixture items into 1 bowl.

5 - Take 1/2 of the meat mixture and form into a ball. Place on one side of the lined baking pan. Shape into a loaf.

6 - Repeat step 5 with remaining meat mixture.

7 - Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.

8 - Combine all sauce ingredients in one bowl and whisk together completely. Set aside.

9 - Remove loaves from oven. Remove from pan w/foil. Reline pan with clean foil and place loaves back into pan. This will remove all the fat that has drained from the meats - not something we'd want to eat!

10 - Use a fork and pierce the top of each loaf in several spots.

11 - Use 1/2 of the sauce to cover the top of each loaf.

12 - Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered.
