Introduction

My family can not half any kind of milk protein so we have to modify recipes to fit the families needs. My family can not half any kind of milk protein so we have to modify recipes to fit the families needs.

Ingredients

    6 large potato's
    5 med carrots
    4 stocks celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 small summer squash
    12 oz Ham
    6 cups of water
    4 cups rice milk or goat milk
    10 fresh basil leaves
    1 Tsp fresh Thyme
    1 Tbsp fresh Sage
    1/4 cup flour

Directions

Cut up all your veggies and put everything in the really big crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add flour water past towards the end to thicken the soup. Add salt and pepper for taste and enjoy
