Ingredients

    1 small box Jell-O Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (cook & serve, not instant)
    2 cups skim milk
    3 TBS Peanut Butter, crunchy or smooth
    1 Graham Cracker Crust

Directions

Prepare pudding according to directions. After pudding has come to a boil, remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, pour into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.

    I would definitely make this again. Since the pudding was chocolate, this pie is really a chocolate/peanut butter pie, but it is still good. I used a homemade whole wheat pie crust instead of a graham cracker crust to cut out even more sugar. - 10/10/10
