Introduction

Ingredients

    ¼ C. Butter or Margarine
    ¼ C. Flour
    1 Chicken Bouillon cube
    1 can low-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 oz. Milk
    1 C. of hot Water
    1 tsp. Parsley
    12 oz. cooked Whole wheat Spaghetti
    2 cups chopped Turkey
    1 sm. can of sliced Mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. White Wine or Sherry
    Pepper to taste
    3 tsp. of Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Makes 4 - .5 cup servings
Preparation:
While cooking spaghetti according to package directions
Chop up turkey until bite size pieces
Get flour, butter and 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish ready for the rue
Mix soup and milk in small bowl
Cooking Rue:
Add ¼ cup butter to 2 quart microwave safe pan, Heat in Microwave on High for 1 minute until butter melted
Add ¼ cup flour to pan, stir
Slowly stir in hot water alternating with soup mixture
Heat in Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir
Heat for 1-2 minutes until thickened
Cooking tetrazzini:
Add turkey, mushrooms, and spaghetti
Add wine, parsley and pepper
Stir thoroughly
Heat for 10 minutes on High.
Top with Parmesan Cheese
Serve and enjoy
