Ingredients

    Filet Mignon, 8 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Dole Mini-Cut Carrots, .5 cup
    Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade with Pineapple Juice, 3 tbsp
    Giorgio Baby Bella Mushrooms, 3 oz (sliced)
    Success Boil-in-Bag White Rice, 2 cup
    Ginger Root (diced), 1 tsp

Directions

1. Marinade filet mignon with 2 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce.
2. Leave in refrigerator for 3 hours or more.
3. Steam carrots and broccoli in 3qt. filled with 2 cups of water.
4. Saute mushrooms and ginger in 1tbsp of oil.
5. Add carrots and broccoli with 1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce.
6. Cook rice to package directions.

    Incredible!
    This turned out SO wonderful! Will definitely be doing this again. Since there was no directions for cooking the meat, I sliced mine up so it was more a "stir fry" size and topped the veggies and rice with it. - 11/24/10
