    14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 tsp minced garlic
    6 oz bread stuffing dry mix, chicken flavor
    1/2 cup water
    3 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 tsp ground basil
    1 cup shredded 2% milk mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic and stuffing mix and 1/2 cup water; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.

Place cut up chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.

Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

1/6 baking pan per serving.
