Ingredients

    1 Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    1 1/4 cups 1% Milk
    1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
    2 cups cut up lean turkey or chicken
    1 1/2 cups stuffing mix
    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick mix
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    2 eggs

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400. Spray bottom and sides of 3 quart casserole with cooking spray.

2. In a large saucepan, heat soup and 1 1/4 cups of milk to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir in green beans, cranberries and onions. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently, remove from heat. Sitr in meat and stuffing mix. Spoon in cassarole dish.

3. In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients untill blended. pour over stuffing mixture.

4. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or untill knife inserted into center comes out clean.
