    1 whole chicken, 1 10 oz. bag of frozen mixed veggies, 6 raw potaotes with skin, 1 onion, 1 box of whole wheat spiral pasta, dash of cumin, garlic, and chili oil.


Buy whole chicken and boil (including innereds). water should cover chicken completely. Boil for an hour or until chicken is completely done. After chicken has been cooled and fat has risen to top, I let sat over night in fridge, skim fat off and throw away. Debone chicken completely and replace chicken into broth. Add more water if necessary.
Start to heat, add veggies and boil until soft. Add your choice pasta until done.
Seasonings are to taste. No salt was added due to ingrediants having salt already.
