Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb lean beef, cut in cubes (stew meat, round steak, chuck roast, etc)
    1 can low sodium beef broth
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Directions

Mix broth, onion soup mix, and mushroom soup in crockpot. Add meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. May thicken with about a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with about 1/4 cup cold water. Add this to crockpot about an hour before finish time. You may add vegatables during cooking, if desired. Good served over noodles or rice. 6 servings.
