Ingredients

    1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers
    1.5 Sticks Butter - Melted
2 tsp. Coleman's Dry Mustard (or any other brand will do)
    20+ Shrimp - uncooked

Directions

Spray foiled pan with Pam. Place 2 uncooked shrimp tail to tail. It will be in the shape of a yin-yang symbol. Fill pan with the shrimp shapes. (Try to say that fast five times!) Put saltines in a plastic bag and using a roller, crush them into small pieces. Pour crumbs into a bowl and add melted butter. Add dry mustard to crumbs. Mix thoroughly and put buttered crumbs on top of shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400 degrees or broil on hi for 8-10 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp. This can also be a stuffing for lobster as well. Pull out of oven when crumbs are browned and fish is cooked.
