Ingredients

    Halibut fillet - 3oz
    Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon worth
    salt and pepper to taste
    ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
    garam masala powder/curry powder/cayanne pepper/chilly flakes - 1/4 tsp(optional)

    For Salsa:
    2 Pineapple rings
    0.5 medium tomato
    1/2 onion/scallions
    Cucumber - 1/4 cup
    Cheese - fat free - 1 slice
    lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
    salt to taste
    oregano - 1/2 tsp
    jalepenoes as per your taste needs

Directions

Marinate the Fillet with a mixture of (Lemon juice,ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and curry powder) for 10 mins. Grill the fillet in a grill pan sprayed with little oil/butter.

Salsa: Mix together pineapple chunks, tomato, onions, cucumbers, jalapenoes, shredded cheese, salt, lemon juice(optional),oregano. serve chilled or at room temperature along with the Halibut fillet.
