Ingredients

    4-5 delicious apples (I've substituted others)
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 ready made Pillsbury Pie Crust (Just Unroll)

Directions

Peel and slice apples into 6ths. Melt butter in an overnproof fry pan. Stir in sugar and let carmelize for a bit. . Place apple slices in pan in nice pattern and do not stir. Cook for approx 10 mins.
Cover with unrolled pie crust and slightly pinch edges to cover apple mixture. Place in 350 degree over for 30 mins.
Remove from oven and place platter over pan and flip. Pretty enough to serve company.
