Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large, coarsely chopped
    *Campbell's low sodium tomato juice, 1 large bottle
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    *Pepper, white, to taste
    Artificial Sweetener, to taste
    *Heinz White Vinegar, 3/4 of a cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, coarsely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes. Cabbage and onions will wilt into the soup. Be careful with the white pepper -- it is potent! Makes about 8 servings.
