Ingredients

    3 oz chicken breast, pounded thin
    1 slice provolone cheese
    1 tbl. canned spinach
    .5 c spaghetti sauce
    1 tbl. feta cheese crumbles
    salt, pepper, and herbs to taste

Directions

Pound chicken breast flat and season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Place the cheese on the chicken, then spread the spinach on the cheese. Carefully, roll up the chicken breast over the cheese/spinach and pin closed with a toothpick. Coat with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with feta cheese, and bake at 425 for 35 minutes.
