    4 Lg frozen chicken breasts-boneless/skinless
1 Lg can Swanson 100% No MSG 99% FF Chicken broth
1 regular can Muir Glen Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 pkg mixed bean soup with seasoning pack.
1 cup chopped cilantro, celery, onion, and bell pepper
    2 tsp minced garlic

Place dry beans in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and turn off heat for 30 min to soften. Drain and rinse.

Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for approximately 6 hrs or until beans are soft and chicken is done.

Remove chicken and shred. Place back into crockpot and serve. You can serve over brown rice or bulgar, too!
