Ingredients



    * Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Pork Tenderloin, 300 grams (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed (remove)
    * *Cento Tomato Puree, 2 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

On a little water simmer onions for a few minutes (You can also do that on a two Tbs of olive oil! - Add calories!). Add diced meet and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add carrots, cabbage and peeled diced potatoes, water and salt. Cook in a pressured pot for 7 mins (after the right presure is reached! or about half an hour until the potatoes are cooked). Cool down and open pot. Add tomato puree mixed with sugar. To thiken you can add 1 Tbs of flour into the puree (adds a few calories!). Cook for another 10 minutes till flavors combine. Serve with whole wheat bread.
