Introduction

A little spicy and delicious casserole that's easy to make! I use a mixture of lower fat cheese with regular cheese to still have the real flavor without the fat, but use which ever cheese you'd like! Ingredients

    I can Chopped Mild Green Chili
    0.75 cup Old El paso Enchilada Sauce
    3/4 cup Fat Free Half & Half, Land of Lakes
    2 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
    3 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    0.75 Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.75 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 Chicken Breast halves

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, enchilada sauce, green chilies, half & half and chili powder in a large mixing bowl.
3. Arrange the chicken in a sprayed 9 by 13 cooking dish and pour the mixture over the top.
4. Bake in the oven until the juice runs clear.
