This was my first attempt at granola. Love pumpkin so decided to give it a go. Took out walnuts (allergic) and added choc chips (choc-o-holic). Didn't have molasses so added xtra 2 tbsp of honey. Had trouble cutting into bars that hoed together, so crumbled and will pkg. in 1-2oz bags.
    Thanks!

    Very Good
These are good, though not as sweet as I expected. I used half pumpin seeds and half sunflower seeds. Very good crumbled into morning yogurt. - 3/1/10

Love this recipe! I did a bit of experimenting with this and reduced the amount of honey- I don't recommend you do this because the bars don't stick together:) This reminded me of pumpkin pie- yum! - 2/22/10
