    1 LB Ground Turkey
    1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Rotel
    1 Can Sweet Corn
    1 Bag Frozen Zucchini
    1 large onion sliced thin
    5 Large Celery Stalks chopped
    2 packets of onion soup mix
    8 cups water


Brown Ground Turkey in bottom of sauce pan. Stir in vegetables. Add water and seasonings (in place of onion soup mix). Stir until well blended. Cook on high until boiling about 15 minutes. Simmer on low for another 45 minutes or more. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
