Ingredients
-
6 egg whites
0.5 oz. of spinage (uncooked)
Dash of fresh mushrooms (chopped up)
1 Damascus Bakeries whole wheat roll up, (found at costco)
Pam
Directions
spray frying pan with Pam for about a half second, making sure the pan is completely sprayed
crack 6 eggs and only put the egg whites in a measuring cup. Throw the egg yolks out. I don't use them because I use to have high cholesterol and they have a lot in them.
put oven on a medium temperature and put the pan on there to heat up. While it's heating up, chop up mushrooms and prepare spinach.
pour the egg whites in the frying pan and set your oven to a higher heat setting, once egg whites go from clear to white (but some of it is still clear) throw in the spinach and mushrooms and scramble everything. Cook until no clear substance is showing.
Once fully cooked, put egg whites on the whole wheat roll up. Roll the wrap up, wait for it to cool and enjoy!
