1 bunch (about 100g) of daikon leaves
1/2 piece age (fried tofu)
1 cup broth
3/4 Tbsp soy sauce
3/4 Tbsp mirin
Directions
1. Cut daikon leaves in small pieces.
2. Pour hot water over age to remove excessive oil and cut into slips.
3. Put age in broth, soy sauce and mirin. Cook about 3 minutes.
4. Place daikon leaves and cook about 3 minutes until daikon leaves become tender with crisp texture.
