Introduction

Super quick, mega-low-cal, tasty, filling, and a great way to get extra veggies. Super quick, mega-low-cal, tasty, filling, and a great way to get extra veggies.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Green beans--one to two cups fresh or frozen, or one can.
    Tomatoes, diced, stewed with olive oil and garlic (or any flavor)--- One can.
    Balsamic Vinegar--2 Tablespoons
    Sugar--pinch
    pepper---pinch

Directions

Starting with cooked green beans, mix all ingredients into bowl for microwaving, or pan for stove top. Heat and enjoy! Can also add onions, mushrooms and/or peppers. Great side dish, good on pasta, great addition with sandwiches for lunch. You can use canned, fresh or frozen green beans; french cut is good too.
