Ingredients

    - Old Fashioned Oats (1 serving - about 40 grams)
    - Pure Pumpkin (1/4 cup)
    - Banana (40 grams or about 1/3 of a medium) - mashed
    - Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 tsp)
    - Natural Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)
    - Sun Crystals, Stevia, Splenda, Sugar Free Maple Syrup (optional)
    - Dash of Salt (optional)
    - Dash of Vanilla (optional)

    *To make this less calorie dense, take out peanut butter which has 90 calories

Directions

- Cook oats on stove top according to directions but add banana when you put the oats in so the banana cooks. Stir well.
-When the oats start to bubble and are almost done, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup pumpkin and stir in well. Cook for another minute or two and put into serving bowl.
- Top with 1 tablespoon melted natural peanut butter, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and sun crystals (optional).
Serve!

Makes one VERY filling serving!
