Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups of shredded zucchini
    1/4 cup of flour
    1/2 cup of egg substitue
    1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce
    2 oz shredded mozzarrella


    Mix zucchini, flour and egg substitue together season to tast

    drop into hot fry pan with a little ovo on medium heat, push down to thin cake fry and turn over when browned nicely

    drain, put in oven to crisp for about 15 minutes at 350
    take out of oven spread spaghetti sauce on cakes and sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce. Put under broiler unti cheese lightly browned

    serves four
