Ingredients

    2 cups Mushrooms ( sliced )
1 1/3 cups Morning Star Meal Starter Crumbles
1/2 medium Sweet red raw pepper
About 20 diced Hot Pepper rings
    2.50 cups Pellicano's Marinara sauce (200 cal)
    4 oz. Thai Rice Noodles
2 Tbsp Grated Parm cheese ( topping )
1 t each Oregano and Basil
    1 Tbsp Crushed red peppers
Cooking spray ( any brand )

Directions

I usually make this for just two people to split but it could easily feed 3 or 4.

The longest part of this recipe is soaking the noodles

The first step is to soak your Thai noodles in cold water for about 20-30 minutes ( longer then that and they become too mushy)

While the noodles are draining

Pick a pot that will ultimately hold the sauce and the noodles ,Heat and spray with cooking spray
Add Red Peppers and hot pepper rings, saute about 3-4 minutes
Add Morning Star Meal Starter Crumbles, Crushed red pepper, Italian spices and cook for another 5 minutes
Add Marinara sauce and simmer until hot

Once Thai noodles are finished soaking, drain and then add to Spicy sauce.
Once the noodles are warm, It's done, Top with Parm cheese
Now thats easy!!
